My name is Rick Smith and I'm your host. I'm joined by my wife Marlene and her sister Karen Karlinski. We came to Destin for a vacation ourselves, absolutely fell in love and within 6 months we had purchased our first property! We have R-Riveria 309, located in the beautiful Grand Caribbean East condominium complex perched at the doorstep of Destin’s amazing Crystal Beach. We have Sandprint Sunset A8 in Miramar Beach, less than 2 blocks from the public beach, and right down the road from Pompano Joe's popular tourist restaurant. Dolphin reef is nearby for snorkeling. Or choose Batchelors Button 82, a 2 story townhome for a more private whole home feel, your own backyard and right next to the community pool. Just a few blocks walk to our private beach access.
