    My name is Rick Smith and I'm your host. I'm joined by my wife Marlene and her sister Karen Karlinski. We came to Destin for a vacation ourselves, absolutely fell in love and within 6 months we had purchased our first property! We formed RedNeck Riviera so we could share all that the Emerald Coast has to offer. We now have 3 beautiful and inviting properties. We have R-Riveria 309, located in the beautiful Grand Caribbean East condominium complex perched at the doorstep of Destin’s amazing Crystal Beach. We have Sandprint Sunset A8 in Miramar Beach, less than 2 blocks from the public beach, and right down the road from Pompano Joe's popular tourist restaurant. Dolphin reef is nearby for snorkeling. Or choose Batchelors Button 82, a 2 story townhome for a more private whole home feel, your own backyard and right next to the community pool. Just a few blocks walk to our private beach access. We are sure that one of these properties will fit all of your needs!

    Fabulous location!!

    Fabulous location. Owners thought of just about everything. We didn't use it, but the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need, to prepare meals, while you're there. Master bedroom was very spacious, and the bed very comfortable. My teens even loved their "hole" to sleep in,

    This place is fantastic! Right from the jump you can tell how clean and cared for everything is. Beds were extremely comfortable, plenty of soft towels & that view while we had our coffee and cocktails in the morning and night was just heaven!     We loved this condo! It was sparkling clean and exactly as described. We have three kids (14, 10, 8), and I was a little worried about the size. We had no problems; it is really roomy for a 1 bedroom even leaving the pull-out couch set up all week. The kitchen was very well-stocked with quality dish
